Cafe Zupas - Queen Creek

I cannot say enough about Yolanda and her wonderful service. First, when my 2 year old grandson spilled his drink all over himself and the table, she was right there with cloths and napkins to assist us. Then, when I took the kids to the restroom, she cleared our table. To my chagrin, the little one wailed because his sandwich was gone. (I thought he was finished.) She kindly asked for another kids meal for him…she went above and beyond! Besides the delicious, healthy food and generous portions, I love the service here! Thank you, Yolanda!!

The drive thru is an absolute joke. You have to order yourself on a touch screen on an outside display in the sun when it's 110 outside. As a result, you allow all the summer heat to flood into your car while you navigate their menu screen. I didn't pull close enough to reach it from my car seat so had to physically get out and enter my order standing in the sun in the lane. I tried to scan QR code twice and it didn't work despite me being logged into their app and my my profile up. The service was fast and accurate after we finally placed our order. I do NOT recommend this drive thru if you're in a hurry nor if you appreciate the cold A/C staying cool in your car. Guessing there's an option to speak to a live body but not 100% sure. At what point do places stop going too far with the self serve option and still provide real customer service?

My soup was hot and delicious! I had the Golden Curry Soup. Perfect for a cold & rainy Grand Opening day. My Combo of a whole veggie sandwich and 1/2 soup order was prepared pretty fast. I realize the workers are still learning. For instance, the cashier gave me the wrong receipt so I had to go get the right one before I left. Loved the bread that came with the soup. You also can get saltine and oyster crackers in the condiment area. The free chocolate-covered strawberry was a nice touch. Very glad we now have another family-friendly restaurant nearby!

This new Zupas is wonderful. It has a drive-through lane and a mobile pick up lane. It has plenty of parking. Easy and easy out and Wi-Fi and your cell phone works here! The food is beautifully prepared and fresh. Service was really nice everything went perfectly. Beautiful atmosphere beautiful building exterior.

We had a humongous catering order for an event I attended. The food was absolutely phenomenal!! The salads and the sandwiches were so tasty and fresh – I cannot wait to go check it out for myself! This is definitely being added to one of our “must go to places” for soup, salad, and sandwiches!

Cute little spot where you can get something healthy to eat everything tasted very fresh the lettuce was very crisp. The portion sizes are very good for the price. My one complaint is they forgot to romove the olives in my bowl and forgot to remove the tomatoes in my sisters salad. They were also very slow on orders. We waited about 8 minutes even through the line was moving. Also They had some very appetizing desserts you can purchase.

I love this location. Daniel the manager is amazing. The service was so so good. There was an issue with my order and made it right and above and beyond. I will support this location . I dined in, but I love that they have a drive-through for the convenience. Such a wonderful selection of food and great atmosphere if you’re looking for a wonderful sandwich soup and lunch place look no further.
